After cutting his teeth at Japonais and Province, mix master Tim Williams launched the libations education start-up last fall. From his spacious Wicker Park loft, the personable barkeep offers weekly mixology meet-ups that build confidence and guarantee laughs.
Get your feet wet with Mixology 101, where you’ll master simple cocktails and craft a signature drink; or dive right in with enhanced sessions that focus on seasonal recipes, advanced flavor palettes, and menu-worthy concoctions.
Party ideas gone sour? Pour Souls makes house calls. Plus, Williams favors small-batch spirits, infused syrups, and fresh-pressed juices, so your drinks are always in good taste.

Mixology 101 and Customizable Cocktails Workshop for Two
Learn the basics with a cocktail demonstration, hands-on prep work, and take-home recipe book. You’ll make three cocktails and create your own signature drink; all ingredients included. Choose from four dates.
Cocktail Club at Home Event
Bring the party home with an interactive cocktail party for up to twenty people. Guests make three cocktails each and take home recipe books. Bar stations and ingredients provided.
