Which makes sense: Owner Mar Fujimoto sharpened her shears at the helm of NYC’s Headroom, and brings the same level of creativity and professionalism to her Venice venture. The decor follows suit: Industrial fixtures, slick leather, and white-brick walls turn the tiny quarters into a slice of the Big Apple.
