In 2009, French-born cook Antoine Elie expanded his crepe operations to the Chicago French Market. When he isn’t dishing out made-to-order crepes, Elie shares generations-old family recipes in weekly hands-on classes. A personable instructor walks you through the delicate but easy-to-replicate art of crepe making while sharing fun kitchen stories.

Enjoy some vino during the BYOB session, and take home a stack of crepes for later. Savory recipes (ham, cheese, veggies) are made healthy with buckwheat, and dessert lovers can indulge in sugar, chocolate, and fruit options.
